1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Gabajje and its members. Gabajje is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Throughout this document, "we", "Gabajje", or "the platform" refers to gabajje.net and its operating entity.

By using Gabajje's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using Gabajje.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Membership

To create an account on Gabajje, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.

• Each person may hold only one account.
• Your account must not be shared with anyone else.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be your own.

Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to the support team immediately. Gabajje reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been submitted.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.

3Age Verification & KYC Process

Gabajje is committed to responsible gaming. As part of this commitment, we take age verification and identity confirmation very seriously.

• A recent selfie holding your ID
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction proof if required

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match.
• In Live Betting, odds change in real time; the odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If a match is incomplete, the result will be determined in accordance with the betting rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Gabajje reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits vary by sport and event. Full details are clearly displayed on the betting page. Gabajje reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Circumstances Under Which Bets May Be Voided

• If a match is abandoned or suspended
• Bets placed based on incorrect odds or erroneous information
• If event conditions change (e.g., venue or format changes)

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gabajje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only — details are listed alongside each offer.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 5 to 10 times the deposit amount.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — you must place at least one qualifying bet first.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

Gabajje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or limit any bonus at any time. Members will be notified if the terms of an existing bonus change.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gabajje platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Bonus abuse or fraudulently claiming promotions
• Betting using automated bots or scripts
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members

If found involved in any of the above activities, Gabajje will permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action where necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Gabajje may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)
• For legal or regulatory requirements

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and the closure was not due to a rule violation, that balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming

Gabajje believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial hardship. With that in mind, we have put in place a number of protective measures:

• Force majeure — natural disasters, war, or other unavoidable circumstances

Under no circumstances will Gabajje's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
